    無錫是國家制造業基地。其主導產業電子、冶金、化工、紡織、環保、機械制造等為自動化行業的發展提供了巨大的市場前景，眾多自動化行業企業為了搶先爭奪這塊市場紛紛在當地設立辦事處和分公司。本次例會將是一個為幫助自動化行業企業開拓市場，了解信息，擴大交流的絕好機會。

●從即日起開始報名，參展廠商填寫參展申請表，加蓋公章后，用掛號信寄（或傳真）到組委會。 
● Being to accept applications from this very day. Fill the application form and specifically with official seal . Fax or send the application form by registered mail to the organizing committee.
● 凡是要求參展的客商，在交付報展表的同時，每一標準展位（3M×3M）需預交展位總金額的50%，余下的費用請于2008年3月20日前付清；沒有交付參展費的單位，不能免費在會刊上登介紹貴公司資料。已付參展費，因故不能參展時，不能退參展費，但可開據報銷發票。組委會收到參展費用后，即發給《展位確認書》。
● Those who want to participate in the exhibition, please fill in the attach form and send 50% of whole exhibition fee to the exhibition office, the rest of the related booth cost should be paid before March. 20,2007. Those units that could not pay for exhibition booth fee, would not be published company introduction in The ; Those units for some reasons couldn’t participate in the exhibition but have paid booth cost, could not be paid back the cost but could provided the invoice. After receiving your payment, the organizing committee will send you the Exhibition Stand Confirmation.

● The principle of exhibition stand allotment is “first payment, first allotment”.

◆展會中后期組委會將在以《無錫日報》、《江南晚報》、無錫電視臺為首的整個華東地區各大城市進行投放頻率密集的宣傳廣告及新聞發布，至使整個華東地區專業人士密切關注本次展會動態。
◆ In the middle and later stage of the exposition, highly-frequent and dense promotion advertisements and news release will be made in large metropolitans in East China through Wuxi Daily, Jiangnan Evening and Wuxi TV Station, so that professional personnel in the whole East China will set close eyes to development of this exposition.   
◆贈券邀請： 組委會將通過主辦機構、組織機構、協辦機構、各大雜志社等專業機構在展會組織中、后期向全國各大城市專業市場、相關行業協會、貿易商、采購商及廣大用戶寄發40-50萬的參觀券。
◆ Invitation by complimentary ticket: During the middle and later stage of the exposition, the organizing committee will send 400,000 to 500,000 visiting tickets to professional market in metropolitans in China, relevant industrial associations, trade merchants, purchaser and users, through professional institution like the host sponsor institution, supporting intuition and large magazine agency.  
◆直接邀請：利用往屆會議積累及新增的參觀客戶信息,直接采用電話、傳真、致函及上門邀請組團參觀等方式有序的組織人員前來采購、參觀。
◆ Direct invitation: Based on accumulated and added clients in previous exposition, orderly organization of purchase and visit will be made directly through telephone, fax, mail and invitation to the doorstep.    
◆巡回宣傳：參加國內及香港、臺灣地區各具規模，影響力的專業會議；進行直接的展會宣傳推廣。
◆ Itinerant promotion: Directly exposition promotion and propagation will be made for professional meetings of large scale in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
