1. 水電分離（板式水冷電抗器）：(Product Classification)
水冷散熱板安置在板式水冷電抗器線包中，電抗器產(chǎn)生的熱量通過散熱板導熱后由水介質將熱量導出，以達到降低溫升的目的。電抗器水電分離，無漏電流產(chǎn)生。本公司生產(chǎn)水冷電抗器電流500-1500A，電感量0.01-0.5mH,廣泛使用在風力發(fā)電，變頻器等電力設備中。Plate Water-cooling Reactor Water-cooling heat sink is put between reactor wire packages to control temperature rise. The water and electricity is separated perfectly to avoid the electric leakage. Our 500-1500A 0.01-0.5mH water-cooling reactors are widely used in electrical unit such as wind power generation device and inverter.
2. 水電一體（管式水冷電抗器）：
繞組采用空心銅管制造，銅損耗產(chǎn)生的熱量通過銅管內的導熱介質（純凈水或混合液）將熱量導出導熱介質與發(fā)熱導體之間熱接觸良好，導熱系數(shù)高，繞組可承受較大電流。本公司生產(chǎn)水冷電抗器電流1-10KA，電感量0.1-2.0mH.廣泛應用在冶煉，感應加熱等工業(yè)設備上。Tubular Water-cooling Reactor The winding is made of hollow copper pipe, in which is heat-conducting medium that derives the heat generated by copper loss. Theheat-conducting medium and heating element have so good contacts that the heat-conductive coefficient is high and the winding can bare large current. Our 1-10KA 0.1-2.0mH water-cooling reactors are widely used in industrial devices such as induction heating and metallurgy.
