水冷散熱器是一種IGBT、GTO等功率元件高效散熱器，控制功率模塊的溫度，使其在所處的工作環(huán)境條件下不超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范所規(guī)定的最高溫度，最高允許溫度的計(jì)算以有限元熱分析與元器件工作條件分析為基礎(chǔ)，并且與產(chǎn)品的可靠性要求及使用環(huán)境要求相一致。從而達(dá)到功率模塊安全、穩(wěn)定可靠性運(yùn)行及延長設(shè)備使用壽命。LCP is used for cooling power modules, like IGBT/GTO etc. In order to precisely control the right temperture of power modules in its operational environment, which
could lead to a good system safty, stability and service life, we depend on simulating softwares based on Finite Element Analysis methodes and laboratory prototype test in design and a good comprehending of manufacturing processes.
