復(fù)合超導(dǎo)平板熱管一種具有超導(dǎo)熱性能的傳熱元件。復(fù)合超導(dǎo)平板熱管依靠?jī)?nèi)部特殊(復(fù)合)工質(zhì)的相變傳熱傳質(zhì),復(fù)合超導(dǎo)平板熱管的表觀熱傳導(dǎo)率是同樣金屬材質(zhì)熱傳導(dǎo)率的一萬(wàn)倍左右,是具有同樣表面積的傳統(tǒng)圓形熱管的換熱能力的5~20倍,承壓能力是后者的10~20倍以上,而成本則只有傳統(tǒng)熱管的1/3以下。Composite superconducting flat heat pipe (SFHP) is a thermal conducting component having a thermal superconductive performance. 工作原理 (Working Principle)
復(fù)合超導(dǎo)平板熱管工作原理如圖三所示,典型的設(shè)計(jì)
都是由密閉多孔微槽群陣列管和工作液及復(fù)合毛細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)
組成,將管內(nèi)抽成1.0×(10 -2 ~10 -3 )Pa的負(fù)壓后充以適量的工作液體,密封。腔體的一端為蒸發(fā)段(加熱段),另一端為冷凝段(冷卻段)。腔體的一端受熱時(shí)腔體中的液體蒸發(fā)汽化,蒸汽在微小的壓差下流向另一端放出熱量凝結(jié)成液體,液體沿重力及毛細(xì)力方向流回蒸發(fā)段,如此循環(huán)不已,熱量由熱管的一端傳至另一端。Composite Superconducting Flat Heat Pipe working principle as shown in figure 3, a typical design are made of porous micro capillary groove arrays sealed

1、基板與復(fù)合超導(dǎo)平板熱管(FHP)組成3D連通的相變傳熱體系

1、由于與熱源接觸區(qū)域(基板)采用了相變技術(shù),可以有效控制并降低接觸熱阻;
2、同時(shí)由于基板與每片熱管(FHP)共同組成3D工質(zhì)相變、傳遞通道,從而有效降低了從熱源接觸區(qū)域(基板)至熱管(FHP)的熱阻,并提高了熱管(FHP)與翅片的熱交換效率。
3、3D復(fù)合超導(dǎo)平板熱管散熱器具有更高的傳熱性能、散熱性能及更優(yōu)化的體積結(jié)構(gòu)。
